1. Fleet Maintenance Plan
Starting at $250 per Unit / Monthly
Reliable, scheduled service to keep your trucks and equipment running strong and minimize unexpected breakdowns.
2. Monthly or Bi-Monthly Services Include:
Full Synthetic Oil Change using premium-grade oil
OEM or Premium Oil Filter Replacement
Air Filter & Cabin Air Filter Replacement (where applicable)
3. Comprehensive Bumper-to-Bumper Inspection
Top off all essential fluids
Brake system check (pads, rotors, and components)
Suspension inspection (bushings, shocks, control arms, etc.)
Exhaust and fluid leak detection
Lighting check (interior & exterior)
Safety system inspection (seatbelts, warning systems, etc.)
Engine & engine component inspection
Transmission & transfer case check
> All inspections are adapted to the specific make, model, and type of truck or equipment.
4. Biweekly or On-Demand Inspections
Scheduled fleet checks every two weeks or as needed to ensure your vehicles and machinery remain road- and jobsite-ready

5. Travel
First 20 miles from our current location are free
After that, it's $2.00 per mile, round-trip, until we reach your jobsite
All travel fees are clearly calculated and disclosed upfront — no surprises
Please Note:
Emergency road/service calls are subject to a $300 emergency service fee
Non-scheduled service calls may incur additional charges

Disclaimer: Supplies Fee
The $350/month fee covers labor and scheduled service only
The cost of filters, oil, and fluids is billed separately based on your specific units
During our initial visit, I will conduct a full inventory of your equipment to identify the correct filters and fluids
Based on this, we will determine a custom supplies fee per unit, which will be billed in addition to the monthly maintenance fee
6. Mobile Service — We Come to You!
