All services are performed at customer-provided locations or agreed-upon service areas.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

• Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or through our booking system (such as Jobber).

• Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or prior jobs.

• We will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By booking a service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle and contact information

• Ensure safe and legal access to the vehicle

• Be present or make the vehicle accessible at the scheduled time

• Disclose known issues that may affect service

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or information provided is inaccurate.

5. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are provided as estimates and may change based on actual service needs

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed

• We accept approved payment methods through our invoicing system

Failure to make payment may result in:

• Late fees

• Suspension of future services

• Collection efforts if necessary

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee

7. No Warranty / Limited Liability

• Services are performed with reasonable care and skill

• We do not guarantee that all issues will be diagnosed or resolved in one visit

• Black Rock Mobile Repair LLC is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle conditions

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Failures unrelated to the service performed

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Black Rock Mobile Repair LLC, which may include:

• Appointment reminders

• Service updates

• Invoices and billing notifications

• Occasional promotions
